Animator can be used on both Windows and Mac.
Which language version of Photoshop does the plugin support?
Animator Photoshop plugin is Multilingual. This means that you can use the plugin with any language version of Photoshop.
How to update Animator?
To update Animator Plugin for Photoshop, login to your profile at graphicriver.net and go to your Downloads. You’ll see a list of your purchases. Find the Animator and click download button.
OR
To update Animator Plugin for Photoshop, login to your profile at mikesreda.com and go to your My Purchases->View Details and Download. You’ll see your file for downloading. Download link are available as long as the license key generated from the purchase is valid and active.
Do I need to pay for future updates?
No. Future updates are absolutely free as long as the license key generated from the purchase is valid and active.
What is a license?
You will receive an email with your license code. Your license key also available in your account area along with your plugin downloads.
Where I can get the purchase code?
Login to your profile at graphicriver.net and go to your Downloads. You’ll see a list of your purchases. Find the Animator and click download button. You’ll see dropdown menu with License certificate and Purchase Code in PDF and Text file.
How many devices can install the plugin using 1 license?
1 license gives you 2 installations. To a desktop computer and notebook, for example.
I need more than 2 installations.
You need to buy an additional plugin and use your license code.
I’ve the message “You have reached the license limit”.
You have used the limit of your license. If you need an additional installations, you will have to buy the animator again with a different purchase code.
I used a license and 2 installations. But I reinstalled the system. And it shows to me “You have reached the license limit”.
Login to your profile page at mikesreda.com.
Go to:
My Purchases->View Licenses->Manage Sites->Deactivate Site
I already have the Animator. Do I need to activate the license again after the new update?
No. You only need to update the plugin and the license will be automatically linked to the plugin.
Is Animator plugin works with M1/2 Apple chip?
Yes. You don’t need to launch Photoshop in Rosetta mode.
What if my old computer is no longer available?
Install plugin on the new computer and if you will have the message that you have reached the license limit, go to your profile page and deactivate old license.
